Conference highlights

Technical sessions: 98 papers presenting the latest breakthroughs and the broadest technical information in power semiconductor technologies.

Short course: a full day of lectures from experts on the subjects of solid-state lighting, power electronics for photovoltaic systems, gallium nitride power devices, interconnect resistance modeling, and on-die power delivery for microprocessors.
